Ro Collection
Hurricane No.45 47cm Smoked Grey
Hurricane No.45 47cm Smoked Grey
Design: Rebecca UthHurricane series
Candlelight, held in a full sweep of glass.
Mouth-blown in smoked grey glass, the Hurricane No.45 shelters a flame outdoors and makes a monument of it indoors — or serves as a vase, as designer Rebecca Uth intended, inspired by antique oil lamps. Each piece is blown by hand; the slight variations are the point.
Part of Ro Collection’s quietly sculptural range of Danish homewares.

The story
The story
Rebecca Uth drew the Hurricane No.45 with antique oil lamps in mind — a full sweep of mouth-blown glass that shelters a flame or holds an armful of stems. Made for Ro Collection by hand, so no two are quite alike.
